Oscar Sudi Wins a Court Case Against Mama Ngina Kenyatta

by Chief Okuzo

The outspoken Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has been acquitted by the Nakuru Law Court for hate speech charges.

Sudi was arraigned in court over utterances he made in September 2020 directed at President Uhuru Kenyatta and the country’s former First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta.

Sudi was facing charges which included offensive conduct, resisting arrest, being in unlawful possession of a firearm and assault of a police officer.

“I am very happy. You can recall a year ago I was accused of incitement. The courts have once again done justice by ruling that I have no case to answer,” the MP stated after the court’s ruling.

The sharp tongued MP made reference to the former First Lady’s reproductive organs which we cannot republish out of respect for the place of elderly women in African culture.

The dramatic member of Parliament made a snide remark about the former First Lady’s biological makeup, which we are unable to print due to the reverence accorded to old ladies in African heritage.
