Eric Omondi Offers Heartfelt Prayer for Kenya’s Gospel Artists

by Chief Okuzo

The tension in the air is palpable as comedian Eric Omondi finds himself in a heated battle with the gospel industry in the country. His recent accusations have drawn the attention of the gospel community, with the wife of Guardian angel being one of the first to respond.

Legendary gospel artist Jimmy Gait was not far behind, as he too was implicated in the accusations made by Eric Omondi. The comedian claimed that Jimmy Gait was exporting young ladies to Saudi Arabia where they were being mistreated and tortured.

Jimmy Gait responded to the accusations in a video message, stating that he has been receiving calls and messages all day regarding the accusations made by Eric Omondi. He stated that he felt it was his responsibility as one of the gospel musicians who has had an impact on the nation to address the issue.

Jimmy Gait promised to give a comprehensive response to Eric Omondi’s accusations on Thursday evening at 6:00 PM. He urged those following the issue to attend and listen to his response. He ended the video by saying that God is in control and has nothing to worry about, sending his love and prayers to everyone. “Thursday evening, 6:00 PM, I am going to address comprehensively this,  that Eric Omondi has come up to talk about, ” Jimmy said.

As the tension between Jimmy Gait and Eric Omondi continues to escalate, the comedian took to his social media platform, Instagram, to offer a special prayer for some of Kenya’s most beloved gospel artists. Accompanied by photos of Kambua, Daddy Owen, Gloria Muliro, Willy Paul, Alice Kamande, and Jimmy Gait, Eric Omondi expressed his fervent prayer for the Lord to speak to these individuals personally.

In his prayer, Eric expressed concern over the attacks the devil has made on the church in Kenya, specifically targeting the ministries of these gospel artists. He implored the Lord to armor and strengthen these gospel generals, calling for the restoration and revival of their ministries.

“Lord, I pray that you may speak to these individuals personally. Before the devil attacked the Church in Kenya he attacked the Ministries of these Brothers and Sisters. Lord, these Generals are no more and your army is weak, your soldiers are injured. One by one he Silenced them. Lord Speak to them today!!! You called them once, you can call them again. Armor them, lord. Strengthen and Renew them. I speak Restoration and Revival upon their MINISTRIES.” eric omondi prayed.
