Televangelist Ezekiel OderoEzekiel Odero of New Life Prayer Centre and Church finds himself entangled in a web of sinister allegations. The charismatic preacher was arrested on charges of indoctrinating the public and suspected involvement in occult practices.

Coast Regional Commissioner Rhodah Onyancha revealed that Odero was apprehended in Mavueni, Kilifi County, following reports of mysterious deaths occurring on church grounds. In light of these unsettling developments, Onyancha ordered the immediate closure of the New Life Prayer Centre and Church.
Speaking on the matter, Onyancha stated, “He is being brought to Mombasa for grilling. More information will be availed.” Odero is currently being held at the Coast Police Headquarters, where he fervently denied the accusations of occultism during his interrogation by Kilifi detectives.

This chilling saga began to unfold as authorities exhumed a staggering 95 bodies from a farm in Shakahola Forest. The macabre discovery was linked to Pastor Paul Mackenzie of Good News International Church, prompting the police to summon Odero for questioning.
