2 days after multi-talented Gospel singer Ngashville passed on, DJ Sadic has addressed the cause of his death. Through an Instagram post, DJ Sadic argued that Anthony Ng’ang’a alias Ngashville was taken ill on Thursday, 11th August.
This was after it turned out that the singer was suffering from an alleged stomach issue as a result of food poisoning. The singer bought some OTC drugs from a chemist and returned home, hoping that he would get better.
Things got worse the following day, on Friday and his health suddenly deteriorated. He was rushed to the hospital on Sartuday evening where it was established that he had a low blood pressure.
He was immediately admitted at HDU, and it was at that moment when the doctor discovered that he had a blood infection that had affected his kidneys and liver. It was at this point that the singer was put under life support due to multiple organ failure.
DJ Sadic stated, “The doctors worked hard to stabilize him and established that he had a severe blood infection. Efforts to treat him were commendable, however, the infection had affected his kidneys and liver function and he was put on life support in the ICU The doctors advised the family to bid him their last good bye. At 7.50pm on Sunday, Ngashville breathed his last and died.”
His death raised reactions from his close friends, who eulogised him as a friend and a music partner. From us here at Plug Media, we share our condolences with the family of Ngashville.
