Ford Kenya Official Dies At A Webuye Lodging, Woman Arrested

Police in Bungoma County have arrested a woman aged 25 following the mysterious death of a Ford Kenya Party official. The man identified as Moses Nabibya died in a lodging at a guesthouse in Misikhu, Webuye.

Mr Moses Nabibya was the organising Secretary of Ford Kenya Party in Bungoma County. The Webuye East police boss known as Martha Ng’etich stated that the woman in custody was with the deceased before his untimely death.

Madam Martha Ng’etich explained that the hotel manager where Mr Moses Nabibya died went to the police station and reported the matter. The Hotel manager who was identified as Walucho Kisiangani reported the matter and police reacted by visiting the scene.

Mr Walucho Kisiangani explained to the police that Moses Nabibya visited the facility on Wednesday’s night while in the company of a woman. Police officers are investigating the matter as the 25-year remains in custody to assist in further investigations.

The hotel manager explained to the police that the gentleman started complaining that his blood pressure was rising while in the company of the woman. The woman rushed to the management where she reported of the man’s sickness. By the time the hotel officials arrived in the hotel room, Moses Nabibya had died.

Moses Wetangula mourned Nabibya as a loyal party supporter who provided a lot of service to the party. Wetangula stated,

“This morning, I lost a strong pillar in our party Mr Moses Nabibiya who was a very loyal party supporter. Mr Nabibya has stood with the party in bad and good times and was its pillar, particularly in Kimilili. My condolences go out to his family, friends and Ford Kenya fraternity.”

Other Ford Kenya Party officials have eulogised Mr Moses Nabibya as a dedicated man who maintained his loyalty and true allegiance to Ford Kenya Party.
