Jacque Maribe and Jowie forced to Unite

A few hours ago, the court ordered Monicah Kimani’s murder suspects Jacque and Jowie Irungu to visit all the scenes that linked Monicah to her untimely death.

From photos going round on social media, Jacque Maribe and Jowie were spotted being together where they visited Lamuria gardens in kilimani where Monica’s lifeless body was found, they then visited Royal media services offices, where Jacque Maribe worked as a news anchor and then Made a stop over Langata at Langata in Jowie’s home where it is believed that Jowie shot himself on his hand.

The murder suspects, made this trip in the company of Police officers and court magistrate. From the look of the photos, someone could easily note that the two felt uncomfortable standing close to each other and at someone point Jacque Maribe was seen trying to hide herself behind her face mask.

Previously in Monica Kimani’s murder. 

Monicah Kimani was murdered in September 19th 2018. Her lifeless body was found in a bathtub in her kilimani apartment with her throat slit.

Jowie Irungu the main suspect behind Monicah’s death was traced to the murder scene by Jonathan Limo ann investigation Officer. Jowie Irungu’s phone was traced along Dennis Pritt road (where Citizen TV studios are located) at the time of the murder. According to reports, this was the same location where Monica used to live before her death. It was also revealed that Jowie had communicated to Monicah in 1st September 2018.

Jacque Maribe on the other hand found herself in hot soup after her car was found at the murder scene. During that time Maribe and Jowie were believed to be lovers and the two lived together in Langata area.

Immediately after Monicah’s death, Jowie is believed to have traveled to his house in Langata and shot himself on his hand and later reported the matter to the police claiming that he had been attacked by thugs while on his way to pick up Jackie from work.

Monicah’s death led to Maribe losing her work at Royal media services as a news anchor while Jowie got arrested and denied cash bail but later released in March 2020.

Maribe was later forced to end her relationship with Jowie Irungu following the murder case and she has since moved on with her life. Ina recent interview, the former News anchor revealed that she regrets having an affair with Jowie Irungu.

This man was that person for me. The one you feel like if I ever had any regrets, this is it, I don’t believe in regrets but if regret was a person that would be it,” she said.
