Kenyan music sensation, Jaguar, has finally broken his silence regarding accusations of being the biological father of Hamisa Mobetto’s child, Dylan. For years, the Kenyan artist has found himself entangled in a web of controversy surrounding this alleged paternity, drawing the attention of both Kenyan and Tanzanian audiences.
Dylan, the child at the center of this storm, was originally sired by Hamisa Mobetto and Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz. However, Diamond’s perceived indifference towards Dylan has led to rampant speculation among netizens, with some suggesting that he may not be the child’s biological father.

Jaguar, in an exclusive statement, distanced himself from these accusations, vehemently asserting that he is not Dylan’s father. He revealed that he had only met Hamisa Mobetto twice, both instances occurring five years ago. The second meeting took place recently when Hamisa visited Kenya.
Jaguar explained, “Huyo mtoto sio wangu, Hamisa ndio anajua baba ya mtoto ni nani. Mimi kusema ukweli nimekutana na Hamisa mara mbili kitambo 5 years ago na ya pili ni wakati ulikuja Kenya juzi tukameet, maybe saa hii Hamisa akipata mtoto ndio mnaweza sema ni wa Jaguar kwa sababu mimi nimeongea na yeye mara kwanza juzi wakati alikuwa Kenya.”
Jaguar went on to emphasize that he cannot deny his own blood, reaffirming that his own children remain his utmost priority. He expressed a willingness to take responsibility if Dylan were indeed his child, saying, “Kama angekuwa mtoto wangu ningekuwa namsupport kama vile ninavyo chunga watoto wangu.”
The Dylan paternity debate has raged on for an extended period, with Hamisa Mobetto consistently asserting that Diamond Platnumz is the biological father. The situation escalated when both Hamisa and Diamond reportedly underwent a DNA test, confirming Diamond as Dylan’s father. Nevertheless, Diamond’s level of involvement and care for Dylan has raised questions in the eyes of the public, as he seems to treat him differently compared to his other three children.
