Kenyan singer Boutross Munene found himself at the center of a scandal after controversial blogger Edgar Obare leaked his alleged dirty pictures on his Telegram channel BNN. The Anjella hitmaker, however, has denied the allegations, stating that they are false and malicious.

In a letter published on his Instagram account, Boutross’ management team addressed the allegations of sexual misconduct, saying, “We would like to state categorically that they are entirely false. Boutross has been subjected to a malicious and defamatory campaign by BNN, which has no basis in fact.”
The team went on to say that they had conducted a thorough investigation into the matter and found no evidence to support the claims. They also apologized to the fans and the wider public for any distress caused and reiterated their commitment to ensuring that Boutross is held to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Speaking on the matter, Boutross said, “I would like to thank my fans for their continued support, and I remain committed to providing the highest quality entertainment. These allegations are false, and I trust that my name will be fully cleared.”
The scandal began when an unknown person approached Edgar Obare claiming to have Boutross’ nudes. According to the lady, she had a one-night stand with the artist, and he paid her 4,000 shillings, which she claimed was against their agreement. She later took the nudes to Edgar Obare, hoping to receive her rightful payment.
Despite the claims, Boutross’ management team provided evidence that the lady was fully paid her money and urged the media company responsible for the false allegations to retract their claims and issue a public apology.
