Kenyan YouTuber Miss Trudy is the newest homeowner in the city. The Kenyan content creator acquired an apartment in Kilimani, and she couldn’t hide her excitement as she gave her dad a tour of the newly acquired property.
Prior to entering the house, her dad led them through a word of prayer before proceeding to check the interior of the house. According to the YouTuber, she had been saving the entire year to acquire 5Million which she used to purchase the apartment.
She stated, ” I’ m finally getting the keys to my first property in Kilimani. This property is worth 5 million, and I have been saving upto one year. Here is the beginning of my real estate journey. ”
The apartment is located in a posh area, where a fully equipped gym and a play ground for kids is available. However, the YouTuber stated that she’d want to turn the property to an Airbnb since its location is ideal for that business. She also added that her dad could also stay in the apartment since it nears the place he goes for dialysis twice every single week.
Miss Trudy is one of the most sought- after Kenyan YouTubers in the industry. She has been consistently releasing content that has been appreciated and watched all over the African continent. Her prowess has been great.
