Phoina Tosha the brains behind Phoina Beauty launched her very first retail store for all her products from hair to everything makeup.
It was a star-studded event as many celebrities attended to show her support. Musician cum political aspirant Bahati, attended the event on behalf of his wife , Diana Bahati, who is the official brand ambassador of Phoina Beauty. Bahati explained that Diana was missing in action because she wasn’t feeling well but she’d sent her gift.
“Diana couldn’t make it today cause she fell sick. She’s at the hospital right now but she has sent her greetings. She told Phoina to look at her Mpesa.”
Bahati proceeded to praise Phoina for being a good friend and being instrumental in his music career when he decided to try out secular music. According to Bahati she was the only one who was willing to help him out with his transition song “wanani” that did quite well and paved his way into the secular industry.
“ I Am so happy and God bless you. Thank you for always coming through for me. She is that person that when I was changing my music I don’t want to say I left gospel,.was the first person who offered to leave with me from Nairobi. “
Bahati proceeded to declare that he will always be in her corner and offer her support and still pray for her .
“ I will always be here to pray and support you.”
What carried the day was Bahati’s declaration that he can take Phoina as his second wife. Speaking to her mom, he said that when he gets his money right he just might take Phoina as his wife .
“Mama Phoina natafuta pesa, naeza kumchukua kama bibi.”
