Diana bahati has succumbed to pressure and deleted the video she had accused willy paul of rape,after visiting her youtube channel,we discovered that she did not actually delete the video but changed it to private,meaning that she will be the only who is allowed to view it.
This comes hours after she was ordered by milimani courts to delete the video with immediate effect,according to senior principal magistrate Hon.D.W Mburu, he declared that the video published by Diana on her YouTube channel was defamatory and had caused harm to willy Paul’s brand and health.He also ordered diana to cease from making any further defamatory rape allegations against willy paul.
The video had more than 800k views before it’s deletion.
How their beef started
Diana marua and willy Paul’s drama sparked controversy for the better part of Last month,when diana came out and accused willy of rape,her allegations were sparked by a diss track that willy paul had released on his YouTube channel,according to willy Paul in the diss track he revealed that he was once intimate with diana marua and he was not happy with the experience since Diana’s honeypot wasn’t as sweet as he expected.
Willy Paul later deleted the diss track hours after it’s upload for unknown reasons,an angry Diana came out and denied the claims saying that willy Paul assaulted her sexually instead and that he did the act without her consent.
Hours after her rape allegations,willy Paul came out to clear his name insisting that he had never taken advantage of diana marua and she had agreed to visit his house where they copulated and shared their experience together.
