Nadia Mukami Defies Pastor Nganga rebuke on come we stay marriage

popular Kenyan singer Nadia Mukami has taken a bold stand against controversial Pastor Nganga’s recent comments on couples eloping without following the proper marital procedures. Pastor Nganga’s audio clip, where he berates men for cohabiting with their partners without paying dowry, has sparked heated debates across the nation.

“Vitendo vyenu havina maana! If it’s marriage, you’re taking someone else’s daughter and having children without paying the bride price. You’re just a liar; inside, you’re nothing but a sack!” Pastor Nganga stated.

Reacting to the pastor’s controversial remarks, Nadia Mukami, unafraid to speak her mind, shared a video conveying her thoughts.she declared, “Dear women, come we stay is not marriage! I am leading the protests !”

However, Nadia’s response comes amidst revelations about her own relationship status. In a candid interview with Chito Ndhlovu and Kwambox on Morning Kiss, she confessed not being married to her baby daddy and fellow singer, Arrow Bwoy, despite his proposal back in March 2022.

“I’m not married. It’s a fact. He hasn’t paid my dowry. He’s with me on credit,” Nadia boldly stated. “I am just your girlfriend. Not your wife. Anitoe soko officially,” she declared, urging Arrow Bwoy to take the necessary steps to formalize their union.

When asked about the possibility of marriage, Nadia responded with pride in her roots, “If you want me to say I’m married, you know my parent’s address. My dowry, as a learned lady, is quite substantial. I am Nadia Mukami, and I won’t settle for less.” she says.
