Portugal Star and Manchester United’s forward Ronaldo will break the record should he join Saudi Arabia’s Al- Nassr. This comes days after a controversial statement he said during an interview with piers Morgan.
Sources reveal that European clubs have rejected Ronaldo and thus a move to Al Nassr seeming imminent. He will earn a whopping sum of 172.9 million per year should he agree.
Ronaldo’s brilliant career began at Manchester United and later Real Madrid, where he won multiple titles, before he left to join Juventus and eventually returned to Manchester United. The star’s first season with United was not terrible, since he received a great deal of playing time. This season, Ronaldo has lost favor with his new manager Eric Teen Hag and has spent more time on the bench. Ronaldo criticized the club’s inadequate communication, claiming,
,’I was very, very, very, very disappointed for the communication of Manchester United. To be honest, I never had a problem with any club, with any coach and they suspend me three days, which I felt was a lot.”
Ronaldo came out to air his grievances, alleging that the manager and a number of others at the time treated him disrespectfully.
He boasts winning champions league title as well as several Balon D’ors. Ronaldo however stated that his focus is on the world cup
