Early Signs of Blood Cancer That Shouldn’t Be Ignored

Blood cancer is an ailment that infects the blood. It is a blood forming tissue that makes the body unable to release antibodies for fighting infections. It affects the bone marrow.

Many types of blood cancers have become treatable over the years. Like all the other types of cancers it will be manageable if it is discovered early. Blood cancer is caused by the rapid formation of many abnormal white blood cells and this explains how it is associated with the bone marrow.

It is advisable that human bodies should be away from radiations and substances like cigarettes as it one of the major causes of leukemia. Its symptoms include:

1. Anaemia
This is where one does not have enough red blood cells in the body or the ones present do not perform well in the body. If you happen to be feeling weak, having shortness of breath, feeling dizzy and always feeling tired and sleepy, this should definitely raise an alarm and it is advisable to visit a doctor.

2. Poor clotting
This is where one does not have enough blood platelets in the body to help with the blood clotting process. This may lead to small wounds bleeding more than usual and hence one loses a lot of blood in their body. If it continues, it may lead to one getting anemia.

3. Fever
This is where one’s body temperature is above the normal which is 37degrees Celsius. It may be because of another underlying medical condition but it should however not be ignored.

4. Night Sweats
A person developing leukemia will in most occasion be too sweaty especially at nights something that should not be ignored at all so as to lead a healthy lifestyle.

5. Pale skin
This mostly happens as a result of one having anaemia. This is because the body does not have enough blood for it to function normally.
