Karen Nyamu, a Nairobi senatorial candidate, gifts 10 motorbikes to Nairobi youngsters in an attempt to sway their votes.
In 2020, the contentious local politician rose to national prominence after his baby mother drama with famous Mugithi musician Samidoh. Nyamu is running for the Nairobi Senatorial seat on Deputy President Ruto’s party United Democratic Alliance (UDA) in a bid to replace Senator Sakaja, who has expressed his interest in the Nairobi gubernatorial seat.
The lawyer, who sparked moral outrage debate when images emerged of her kissing a man wearing a UDA t-shirt, recently expressed confidence in her abilities to run an effective campaign in 2022 that would help her win the Nairobi Senate seat.
The senatorial candidate could not suppress her joy as she presented 10 motorbikes to her Nairobi supporters.
“Empowering someone entails equipping them with the essential tools to do anything! My team is delighted to be able to present 10 Nairobi youths with a motorcycle for a little financial commitment.” she stated.
