Akothee didn’t stop there; she went on to scold those who had been dragging Omosh into her personal matters, expressing her confusion about the public’s fascination with him. She questioned, “Kwani omosh ni product, is he one of my deliverables, is he part of my terms of references, you are the same people who caused me to omit his name from my social media handles Ndio muongee vizuri,” (“Is Omosh a product? Is he one of my deliverables, part of my terms of reference? You’re the ones who made me remove his name from my social media handles, so talk about it properly,”).

Furthermore, Akothee made it abundantly clear that she would not buckle under the pressure of public curiosity about her marital life. She firmly stated that anyone who felt the need to pry into her affairs should simply mind their own business. In her own words, “Nimetoa ring, kwa bio nimetoa pia Mrs. Schweizer, ndio mjue hamuwezi kunisukuma vile mnataka, kama ni hizo ndio zilikuwa zinafanya kama evidence that I am married, nimezitoa ndio muongee vizuri,” (“I’ve removed the ring, and from my bio, I’ve also removed ‘Mrs. Schweizer.’ Now you know you can’t push me around the way you want. If these were the things serving as evidence of my marriage, I’ve taken them away; now talk about it properly,”). Watch the video here
