The grave is richer than you: Wajackoya advises Diamond Platnumz to prioritize family

by Chief Okuzo

Professor George Wajackoya, the maverick politician with a penchant for herbal remedies, is causing quite a stir in Tanzania. The enigmatic figure has been making his media rounds, regaling audiences with his daring plan to legalize marijuana in Kenya. But that’s not all – this political firebrand has decided to play the role of peacemaker, and his latest target is none other than Tanzania’s own Diamond Platnumz.

Apparently, Wajackoya has some wise words of advice for the popular musician, who has been embroiled in a long-standing feud with his father, Mzee Abdul Juma. The professor urged Diamond to bury the hatchet with his estranged father and revealed that he too had gone through a similar experience.

“I was like Diamond Platnumz. I refused to have anything to do with my father after he split with my mother. But then I went and spoke to him, he paid my dowry and gave him a proper burial when he passed away. From that moment on, blessings started flowing in.

Wajackoya advised Diamond that he should not wait until it’s too late to make amends with his father, as the grave is richer than he is. “So, tell this young man, Diamond, that the grave is richer than he is, and he shouldn’t wait until it’s too late to make amends with his father,” He said.

Wajackoya even offered to pay for Diamond’s flight to New York to meet and talk things over. If Diamond did not want to meet, Wajackoya said he would call Diamond’s father to Kenya to work things out and would apologize on Diamond’s behalf. “When God asks him one question, it will be, ‘Did you have parents?’ I’m asking Diamond to come to me, and I’ll even pay for his flight. We can meet in New York, and talk things over. And if he doesn’t want to, I’ll call his father to Kenya, and we’ll work things out. I’ll even apologize on Diamond’s behalf,” Wajackoya told the media.
