Is Eric Omondi in danger his Latest Post on Activism Campaign Draws Mixed Reactions

by Chief Okuzo

The beloved Kenyan comedian, Eric Omondi, has found himself in hot water once again with the authorities after being arrested for his latest activism campaign. This time, he was on a mission to deliver free maize flour to Kenyans who are struggling to make ends meet in the face of tough economic conditions.

After being shuffled from one police post to another on the day of his arrest, Eric was finally released on 02/03/2023 in a secret operation orchestrated by the police. But what’s been puzzling his fans and followers is his silence since then.

Despite promising to lead Kenyans to the statehouse to demand their rights, the comedian has remained tight-lipped and made no public comment on his release. That is, until now.

Fresh off a trip to Uganda for his comedy show, Eric Omondi has taken to social media to post a statement on his activism campaign against the poor economy in Kenya. “We will fight to the End. We will Win against ECONOMIC SLAVERY,” he declared boldly.

But the timing and location of his statement have raised eyebrows among his fans, who are questioning why he chose to make this statement outside of Kenya. They’re wondering whether there might be more to his silence than meets the eye.

“Erico why did you delete the posts you did of the ‘revolution’ only to post this one after you have arrived in Uganda…anyone threatening you?” one fan asked.

“Probably this might be the last post Eric as an activist…a wise person can tell, ata hukutuonyesha ukitoka jela,” another fan speculated.

” Kuna post umedelete na unafanya nini Uganda rudi huku tupambane na hawa watu ama umeanza kutishiwa na wale wakuu, ” another fan commented.

” Mbona this time ukiachiliwa hatukujua 🙄🙄 kuna kitu unatuficha” another fan questioned the comedian.

Another fan warned Eric Omondi.
