Khaligraph Jones’ management has responded following a recent disclosure by the rapper’s baby mama Cashy Karimi. The singer’s management has issued a press statement commending on the allegations posted by Cashy. The management argued that the singer resolved to reach an amicable decision with Cashy out of court but it didn’t materialise. Khaligraph argued that his baby mama had continously issued outrageous demands hence they didn’t arrive at an agreement.
The management confirmed that Khaligraph had submitted a case at Milimani Law court. The press document detailed that an order barring Cashy Karimi from publishing details of the minor had since been issued and therefore, Karimi had continously gone against the Court’s order on the matter. A section of the statement read, “Our attention has been brought to the numerous social media posts by one Cashy
Karimi on her social media pages against our artiste.”
“After a long period of constant harassment by Cashy against our artiste, he sought her out with a view to reach an amicable settlement out of court. However, this approach was not successful due to her outrageous demands. Our artiste filed a suit in court against Ms. Cashy Karimi in February 2022 at the Milimani Magistrate’s Court.”
There are interim orders issued by the Court stopping Ms. Cashy Karimi from publishing details of the minor involved, the case or the parties therein; which she is now clearly in contempt of.Our artiste has restrained himself throughout the harassment and defamation of
character.”
It shall be recalled that a couple of days ago, Cashy bashed the singer for neglecting his fatherly duties.
