Akothee has reacted after she was linked with the ongoing drama of Kenyan women suffering in the Middle East countries. Akothee bashed critics over claims that she owns an agency that has been recruiting Kenyan women to work in the Middle East.

The singer urged those opposing her lifestyle to do a fact check to understand the real truth. In what might seem to be an attack on trolls, Akothee asked those opposed to her lifestyle to send authorities to arrest her.

Akothee argued that she has been accused falsely in the past, hence this won’t be a surprise to her. She stated, “Send DCI to come and arrest me. Aacha kupiga kelele social media. Yes, you are very right, there is no money in music. And I must maintain this Rich lifestyle, muzungus, Illuminati and prostitution alone can’t pay my bills, girls must suffer for me to pay my bills.”

“I not only Export girls but I also Export grandparents & families suffering in the village, get yours a passport and you are on the next plane. I will Google where Saudi Arabia is so I start making trips there, I think I have visited Dubai twice and I don’t even like it myself looks like there is a lot of money there.”

Akothee argued that she is not responsible for what is happening to Kenyan women abroad, hence the authorities should be held accountable. She stated that she’s not responsible for anyone’s suffering.

Akothee is the CEO of Akothee Safaris, which is a tour company. She also owns several other businesses. What are your thoughts on this story? Share your insights down below.
