Comedian Njugush Recounts A Toxic Workplace He Witnessed

Renowned Kenyan comedian Njugush has opened up about a toxic workplace he witnessed in Kamakis, a joint he had gone to eat Nyama Choma. The comedian stated that a rounded man hit his subordinate because of what turned out to be a late meal order.

The father of one thought that probably, it was an in-house thing, only to find out later that it was not. He explained that at some point, he thought that they were playing.

He stated, “For a moment I think they are playing. He pulls the guy behind a door written “Staff only” makofi zinalia, at this point it’s serious. He doesn’t think anyone is seeing what he is doing.” After beating his subordinate, the manager came out and threatened his other employees that he would replace them if at all they didn’t do their work diligently.

The former Real House helps of Kawangware stated that the situation shocked him because he saw the employees fear following the threat.

He stated, “So the young guy anajinasua and comes in the light. Clear fingerprints on his cheek……the round guy now has come around threatening the rest, ‘I’ll replace all of you’, breathing all over.”

Njugush explained that the young man who was slapped got fired immediately. Njugush stated, “That’s what I can see from the outside, maybe I’m judging too much… But God knows what guys are going through to put food on the table.” Njugush added that the employers who mistreat their employees will also face it rough if at they fail to change.
