Media personality Amina Abdi has found herself in hot soup, after it was revealed that she had failed to pay for the services provided at her sister’s birthday party. According to a confession by Dj protege through his Instagram account, Amina is accused of procuring Dj services from the famous dj for her sister’s birthday party but failed to pay for the services after the event was offer.
“Enyewe Kikulacho ki nguoni mwako, a year ago on Madaraka day I should have just slept. During the bite of the lockdown your fav femcee Amina called to play for her sister’s birthday party, after several dry months, I was really excited to activate my team whose income had been greatly affected to come through. Little did I know this was a charity gig, a year later still waiting for payment,” he wrote.
The Dj also decried how he wasted his precious time to attend the birthday party not knowing that he was doing a charity event. He also rebuked the tv personality for taking advantage of her position in the entertainment industry to mistreat fellow artists in the industry.
“lt cuts even deeper because it’s someone in the same industry with us, who I held a lot of respect for & who should know the shit we go through to abandon us like this. The Ke events industry has a lot of BS expecting ppl to suffer for the sake of maintaining peace & relationships. This has affected many of my peers severally! But this one zii!” he wrote.
The Dj’s confession comes months after Amina trended on Twitter for being toxic at her workplace. According to Netizens on Twitter, Amina is said to be looking down upon her fellow employees at her workplace.
