Kenyan comedian Mc jessy has put aside his political ambitions after talks with his party leader William Ruto.
The meeting that was held at Ruto’s Karen home saw Mc jessy dropping out of the south imenti parliamentary race in favor of Mwiti kathaara.
In exchange the comedian will be holding a special position in ruto’s national campaigns as his a sectariat.
It is reported that Mc jessy will also be serving as the official UDA Mc during their campaign rallies since the comedian is well knowledgeable in matters to do with entertainment.
As the race to statehouse hits up Ruto has been meeting his UDA aspirants from across the country to prevent indifference during party primaries.
Recently the Deputy president William Ruto announced that sakaja will officially represent his party during the general elections as their official gubernatorial aspirant for Nairobi County seat after negotiations with Margaret Wanjiru who was also eyeing the same seat via UDA.
On the hand Karen Nyamu who was to vie for the Nairobi senetorial seat under UDA was forced to step down in favor of Marget Wanjiru.
