Shortly after the National Cohesion and Integration Commission released a list of terms that are considered as hate speech as the country prepares for the general elections.
The Deputy president William Ruto dropped a banger using one of the terms that the commission listen as hate speech.
Deputy president William Ruto dropped a song dubbed hatupangwingwi in which he was featured by musician E-xray.
Among the terms censored by the commission is the famous hatupangwingwi slogan that was first heard in a song released by gengetone artist exray.
The Deputy president has been using the slogan during his campaign rally for the longest time.
Through his verified Twitter account, William Ruto attached the video to the song and captioned it Hatupangwingwi.
